Fly-Cruises

A fly-cruise involves at least one flight along with your cruise. Fly-cruises allow you to experience more of the world, and you can even conveniently book your flights through our Cunard CompleteAir program, where available, to match up perfectly with your cruise itinerary.

Because flights are often scheduled at shorter notice than cruises are, your flight information will be confirmed close to your departure date (anywhere between 3 and 12 months before departure, depending on the airline and route). You will receive an email confirming details of your flights; if you booked via a Travel Advisor, this will come via them.

If you need to change anything about your flight, and you booked it with us, please call us at least 7 days prior to departure. Any changes may result in additional costs due to availability and you will receive a new confirmation email with updated information.

Absolutely. You can book your own flights separately through an airline of your choice, extend your stay before or after your cruise with hotels, or even book another cruise.

Booking flights through Cunard CompleteAir includes late arrival protection, providing peace of mind in the event of airline delays or disruption. For more information visit our webpage.

You will be given an arrival time on your boarding pass; please try to arrive at the terminal as close to this time as possible to minimize waiting times. If you are arriving by air, ensure you leave plenty of time for baggage re-claim, customs and travel to the cruise terminal. If you are booking your own flights, please discuss your latest flight arrival time requirements with our Customer Service Department at (800) 728-6273.

Currently we do not offer combined pricing for flight and cruises. The fares shown on our websites are cruise only. If you wish to add a flight, they can be added through our Cunard CompleteAir program by calling our Customer Service Department at (800) 728-6273.

Flights booked through Cunard CompleteAir include Late Arrival Protection, so that in the event of airline delays or cancelations, you will be supported by us to reach your ship and continue your vacation with minimal disruption and at no additional cost to you (Transatlantic Crossings excepted).

If you booked your flight through us, you can retrieve your luggage after your flight and proceed through customs. Once you have cleared customs, you will be met by a Cunard representative who will ensure that your luggage is delivered directly to your stateroom on board.

If you have not booked flights via Cunard, you will need to make your own arrangements for transporting your luggage to the ship.
