Amanda McLaren

McLaren Automotive Ambassador

Amanda is the only child of Bruce McLaren – former F1 race car driver and founder of McLaren racing. She is a Brand Ambassador for McLaren Racing, McLaren Automotive, a Trustee of the Bruce McLaren Trust and Patron of the Women’s Motor Racing Associates Club (“The Doghouse”) and of Motorsport Endeavour.

 

Amanda resides in New Zealand and was born in London in a house called Muriwai, named after the beach in New Zealand, where her father won his first race.

 

As a Registered Nurse, Amanda started her career in the Operating Theatre before more senior roles in management and education. She sat on New Zealand nursing and resuscitation advisory boards prior to working with McLaren Automotive.
