Can I use My Voyage when I'm on shore?

No; My Voyage is only available to use while you’re on board your ship.

Will I be able to see my on board account on My Voyage?

Yes. On the My Voyage home page, you can select the ‘On board account’ icon to see a summary of your spending. This will detail any remaining on board spending money you may have as well as transactions for all guests registered to your on board account.

My Voyage

My Voyage is your on board digital planner, there to ensure every day of your vacation is as relaxing and enjoyable as can be.

Whilst on board, you can access My Voyage for free from your smart device, without the need to purchase an internet package. You’ll easily be able to browse and book restaurants, entertainment, children's club sessions and more, whether you're relaxing in your stateroom or sipping something chilled on deck.

View your on board account summary

With My Voyage, staying on top of your on board account has never been so simple. You’ll have access to an up-to-date summary of your on board transactions, and those made by all guests registered to your account, Plus, you’ll be able to see any remaining on board spending money you may have.

Make a dining reservation

The choice of places to eat on a Cunard voyage is one of the things that makes them so special. Through My Voyage, you can browse the options available and pre-book your table, including our alternative dining restaurants. You can choose to make reservations in advance for your entire voyage, or book daily at a time that suits you.

Book a show or special event

Most of the entertainment on board, including shows in the Royal Court Theatre and Guest Speakers, don't require a booking - simply arrive a few minutes before the scheduled start time and take your seat.

But some venues, including the Bright Lights Society on Queen Anne and Illuminations on Queen Mary 2, and certain culinary and Insights events, do require advance booking. You can browse and book these at your leisure in My Voyage.

Book shore experiences

If you are calling into port on your voyage, you’ll have the opportunity to step ashore and explore with one of our handpicked shore experiences. You can browse and book shore experiences via My Voyage once on board, or book ahead of your vacation using My Cunard.

Book children's club sessions

If you're traveling with children aged under 18, you'll be able to register them for our wonderful children's clubs before you sail. Once you are on board, you can browse and book children's club sessions in My Voyage.

View the Daily Programme

The Daily Programme is your go-to guide for planning your day on board. It includes opening times for every venue and details of all the events and activities happening across the ship, as well as weather and navigation information. You can easily browse the Daily Programme in My Voyage; a paper copy will also be delivered to your stateroom each evening.

Frequently asked questions about My Voyage

My Voyage is free and available to use while you're on board your ship. Simply put your device (mobile phone or tablet) on 'airplane mode' (or similar) and connect to the ship's guest Wi-Fi, Cunard_Guest_WIFI. You will find a guide to My Voyage waiting in your stateroom when you embark.

You can then access the on board planner by opening your browser (Safari or Chrome) and visiting myvoyage.cunard.com or by scanning the QR code on you My Voyage guide with your device's camera.

To log in, you will need your Voyage card number (the last six digits of the number below the barcode on your Voyage card), your first and last name and your date of birth. Tick ’remember me’ when you log in and My Voyage will remember your details for next time.

You can access My Voyage on your mobile phone, tablet or laptop. To use My Voyage, your device will need access to Wi-Fi and an internet browser (preferably Safari or Chrome).

If you don't have a device, you can still make reservations using our on board reservations phone line. If you have any queries or need assistance during your vacation, please speak to a member of the crew. You’ll also find useful information in your Voyage Guide in your stateroom.

You can review and cancel certain booked items in My Voyage. Select 'Voyage calendar’ from the My Voyage home page to see a summary of all of your bookings. If available, a ‘Cancel booking’ button will appear underneath a booking, which you can select.

If the option to cancel does not appear in My Voyage, you can request to cancel a booking at the relevant service desk on board. If you’re not sure who you need to speak to, our Reception team will be more than happy to help.

You cannot change a booking in My Voyage, but you may cancel a booking (where available) and then book again.

Select ‘Voyage calendar’ from the My Voyage home page to see a summary of everything you've booked for your voyage - including any bookings made before boarding via My Cunard.
