Your on board needs

We welcome guests on board with disabilities and reduced mobility, and we aim to make everyone's stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible.

A voyage with Cunard is a uniquely different holiday experience. With your comfort and safety in mind, please carefully consider all your on board needs including any disabilities, care requirements, and health so that we can ensure that your holiday is enjoyed to the full. Please read the information on the pages below very carefully before you complete the on board needs questionnaire on My Cunard (accessible after you have booked your voyage). This explains what we can and, in some cases, cannot accommodate. Please ensure you complete this as soon as possible after booking, and no later than two weeks before you sail.

We hope that the following information is useful in ensuring that a holiday with Cunard will suit your requirements. However, if you have any other questions relating to accessibility, please contact us via the Contact Us page and select the ‘Accessibility’ option from the dropdown list provided. A member of our White Star Support team will then be in contact to assist you further.
