Cruise Gate Hamburg has three terminals, but Cunard Queens most commonly dock in Cruise Center Steinwerder and Cruise Center Altona. The terminal buildings are open to passengers and visitors during the terminal's opening hours.

Cruise Center Altona has an expansive glass front that offers a spectacular view of Hamburg’s port. It is also open to visitors who can enjoy the panoramic view from the roof top terrace.

Facilities found at the cruise terminals include a café, luggage service and car rental.

Terminal Steinwerder boasts direct parking, offering long and short-term parking spaces are available to cruise guests, drop-off and pick-up passengers and visitors.

Cruise Center Altona does not offer long-term car parking - if you arrive by car, we recommend that you book valet parking or shuttle parking. If you would like to park yourself in a nearby public car park, Hamburg Holzhafen - APCOA Parking is recommended.
