Elves behaving badly cocktail

Elves behaving badly​

Ingredients:​

  • Ocho Blanco Tequila – 50ml​

  • Cointreau Liqueur - 15ml​

  • Orange Marmalade - 1 teaspoon​

  • Lime Juice – 25ml​

  • Cranberry Juice – 25ml​

Method:​

  1. Add the lime Juice, cranberry juice, and marmalade to the cocktail shaker, and give it a good stir to dissolve the marmalade.​

  2. Add the tequila and Cointreau.​

  3. Top up with ice (a few cubes or a handful – drinker’s choice!)​

  4. Shake-shake-shake it up.​

  5. Fine strain the drink into a glass – a martini glass if you have one.​

  6. Garnish with a little candy floss on the edge of the glass and serve.​

 

Or, for any non-drinkers, try the alcohol-free version. Simply follow the same steps as above, replacing the tequila and Cointreau with agave and Triple Sec syrup . . . ​

Ingredients:​

  • Ish Mexican Agave – 50ml​
  • Fabbri Triple Sec Syrup – 15ml​
  • Orange Marmalade – 1 teaspoon​
  • Lime Juice – 25ml​
  • Cranberry Juice – 25ml
