Elves behaving badly
Ingredients:
Ocho Blanco Tequila – 50ml
Cointreau Liqueur - 15ml
Orange Marmalade - 1 teaspoon
Lime Juice – 25ml
Cranberry Juice – 25ml
Method:
Add the lime Juice, cranberry juice, and marmalade to the cocktail shaker, and give it a good stir to dissolve the marmalade.
Add the tequila and Cointreau.
Top up with ice (a few cubes or a handful – drinker’s choice!)
Shake-shake-shake it up.
Fine strain the drink into a glass – a martini glass if you have one.
Garnish with a little candy floss on the edge of the glass and serve.
Or, for any non-drinkers, try the alcohol-free version. Simply follow the same steps as above, replacing the tequila and Cointreau with agave and Triple Sec syrup . . .
