The King’s Trust Carol Concert, in partnership with Cunard - Terms and Conditions

The King’s Trust Carol Concert, in partnership with Cunard Prize Draw 2024 (“Prize Draw”)

1. The Prize Draw opens at 10.00 BST on 1 November 2024. Closing Date of the Prize Draw is 23.59 GMT on 15 November 2024. Entries received after this date will not be eligible for the Prize Draw. 

2. To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must agree to these Prize Draw terms and complete the form shown on www.cunard.com/TKTwin prior to the Closing Date. 

3. There is 1 prize to win consisting of 2 Gallery Seating tickets to The King’s Trust Carol Concert, in partnership with Cunard on Monday 9 December 2024 at St Paul’s Church, Knightsbridge and 1 night stay for two in a Deluxe King Room at The Londoner Hotel, 38 Leicester Square, London WC2H 7DX including a complimentary A La Carte Breakfast on Monday 9 December 2024 (the “Prize”). 

4. Transportation costs, personal purchases and all other expenses are not included in the Prize. 

5. The Prize Draw is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. 

6. Only one entry per person may be submitted. 

7. The winning entry will be drawn at random from the valid entries received by Cunard prior to the Closing Date.

8. Only one winner will be selected. 

9. The winner will be notified in writing using the details they provided when entering the Prize Draw.

10. The winner will be notified on or before 20 November 2024 using the contact details provided when entering the Prize Draw. 

11. If a winner does not respond to Cunard confirming their acceptance of a Prize within 7 days of being notified of their win, that Prize will be forfeited and Cunard shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 7 days or else they will also forfeit the Prize). 

12. If a winner rejects a Prize, or if their entry is invalid or in breach of these terms, or if a winner is unable to claim a Prize for any other reason, the Prize will be forfeited and Cunard shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with these terms. 

13. Cunard’s decisions in relation to the administration of this Prize Draw, the selection of winners and the allocation of the Prize will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. The Prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered. 

15. The surname and county of the winner will be available by sending an email including the name of the Prize Draw to cunard.events@cunard.co.uk. If an entrant objects to their surname and county being made available, please contact Cunard on cunard.events@cunard.co.uk before the Closing Date. In such circumstances, Cunard must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

16. No employees of Carnival plc, The King’s Trust, or Edwardian Pastoria Hotels Ltd (trading as The Londoner Hotel) (including parent companies, group companies, subsidiaries or affiliates of the same) may enter the Prize Draw.

17. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. No bulk or 3rd party entries accepted. Cunard will not accept entries that are automatically generated by computer 

18. No purchase necessary to enter this Prize Draw. 

19. Cunard reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for a prize of equal or greater value and/or reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw or withdraw the Prizes (with or without prior notice) due to reasons outside its reasonable control.

20. Cunard will use the personal data you provide for the purpose of administering this prize draw and to facilitate the notification of winners and the redemption of the Prizes. By entering the prize draw you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information for this purpose. If you have elected to receive additional information on marketing, other competitions, Cunard Stories and other exclusive offers from Cunard, the personal data you provide will also be used for this purpose. All personal data will be held and used in accordance with Cunard’s privacy policy.

21. There are certain things for which Cunard does not accept any liability to you. Cunard cannot exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or loss caused by a false statement where the statement is made fraudulently. Otherwise, the exclusions described at clause 22 and 23 will apply. References to the “Cunard” in these paragraphs include all of Cunard’s associated companies, agents or any other third parties involved in the prize draw.

22. Cunard will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following occurrences, to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond Cunard’s reasonable control:

a. any postponement or cancellation of the prize draw,

b. any changes to Prize(s) or the way in which they can be used;

c. any act or default of any third-party supplier.

23. Cunard does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry.

24. Meta platforms - Release of Liability. By participating in this Prize Draw through a Meta platform (including Facebook or Instagram, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Meta Platforms Inc and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies (collectively “Meta”) from any liability, claims, losses, and damages arising out of or related to their participation in this Prize Draw or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta. Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Cunard and not to Meta.

25. The promoter is Carnival plc, trading as Cunard (“Cunard”), Carnival House, 100 Harbour Parade, Southampton, SO15 1ST.

26. This Prize Draw is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
