Terms and conditions

  1. By submitting your details, you are opting in to be added to the Cunard email marketing data base and receive marketing email from Cunard.
  2. Closing date of the draw is 11.59pm UK time 17 August 2023. Entries received after this date will not be eligible for the prize draw. 
  3. To enter the prize draw, entrants need to complete the form on www.cunard.com/facebookcrowntocouture
  4. The prize consists of one pair of tickets valid for entry to the Crown to Couture exhibition at Kensington Palace.
  5. Winners will be notified directly with information about how to redeem their tickets.
  6. There are 10 pairs of tickets to win.
  7. If successful, the winner will be notified using the email they sign up with.
  8. To enter this competition you must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United Kingdom. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-changeable and non-transferable.
  9. No cash alternatives will be offered in whole or in part for any prizes offered.
  10. Transportation costs, travel insurance and all other expenses are not included.
  11. The winning entry will be drawn at random from the valid entries received by the closing date. If a winner does not respond to Cunard within 3 days of being notified of their win, the prize will be forfeited and Cunard shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 3 days or else they will also forfeit the prize). If a winner rejects their prize, the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms, or if the winner is unable to claim their prize for any other reason, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Cunard shall be entitled to select another winner. The decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered. The winner cannot substitute the prize.
  13. The winner will be notified in writing by 18 August 2023.
  14. No employees of Carnival plc, the Royal Horticultural Society or associated publications or organisations may enter the draw. The prize is only open to residents of the United Kingdom.
  15. Only one entry per person will be valid. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. No bulk or 3rd party entries accepted.
  16. No purchase necessary to enter this prize draw. 
  17. The promoter is Carnival plc, trading as Cunard (“Cunard”), Carnival House, 100 Harbour Parade, Southampton, SO15 1ST. The Promoter reserves the right to amend any details of this prize draw at their discretion.
  18. This prize draw is governed by English law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
