DAY ONE:  (3 April 2023) Durban > Mfulawozi Biyela Lodge

After disembarking in Durban, a relaxing journey through scenic African landscapes will take you to the spectacular mFulaWozi Wilderness Private Game Reserve. You’ll be staying at the Biyela Lodge, named after Chief Biyela, which is nestled on a stunning bend on the White iMfolozi River.

Once you’ve settled in, you’ll join the reserve’s experienced rangers and trackers in an open 4x4 game-viewing vehicle, and head out for an afternoon game drive to search for some of the Big Five. Dinner will be served back at the main lodge.

DAY TWO:  (4 April 2023) Mfulawozi Biyela Lodge

Start the day with an early morning wake up call, accompanied by tea or coffee, then head out for a morning game-drive. Afterwards, return to your lodge for a leisurely breakfast and spend the balance of the day at your leisure. You can take a walking safari, discover more about the history and culture of this park, or simply relax by the pool.

Following a delicious lunch in the lodge you can enjoy more leisure time before embarking on an afternoon game drive. Then freshen up for dinner in the lodge.

DAY THREE:  (5 April 2023) Mfulawozi Biyela Lodge > Durban > Port Elizabeth

It’s another early morning start, with tea and coffee, for your final game-drive with your rangers and trackers. Afterwards, return to the lodge for a full breakfast and to check out. Then make your way to King Shaka International Airport for your flight to Port Elizabeth Airport. When you arrive in Port Elizabeth you’ll be taken to Port Elizabeth Harbour to re-join your awaiting ship.
