Enjoy the comfort and reassurance that you’ve booked your Cunard voyage at the best possible price. If you find a better price elsewhere within 24 hours of booking with us, we will match that price. Simply send us the quote for the exact same holiday, which you have booked with us, and we guarantee to match it. We want to assure you that you can book your Cunard holiday with trust and confidence, enabling you to revel in the excitement of your upcoming voyage.
Terms and conditions
Price Promise applies on all fare types on holidays booked directly with Cunard. You must provide evidence from a UK Travel Agent (with a valid ABTA Number) of a cheaper price within 24 hours of booking with us. You must be able to show that the fare quoted matches to the cruise you have booked with us and that the price has been quoted within 24 hours of that booking being made. The quote from the travel agent must include:
- Same Ship & Sailing date/Cruise Number;
- Same Cabin Type & Cabin Grade;
- Same Fare Type;
- Time & Date of Screenshot or Quote.
In the case of holidays inclusive of flights booked directly with Cunard, the flight must be like for like including same departure airport, airline, cabin class & flight/route numbers. Price Promise only applies to holidays booked directly with Cunard and does not apply to bookings made via travel agents or where Cunard is not the tour operator selling the holiday or to holidays where an additional element, such as a land tour or hotel stay, has been added. You will be eligible for our Price Promise on our flight inclusive product only where Cunard are acting as the Tour Operator. The evidence described above must be printed (not handwritten) and provided to email address Price.PromiseTeam@Cunard.co.uk on same day of booking or within a maximum 24 hours post booking. Quotes submitted by post will not be accepted. If the evidence submitted is accepted and approved for Price Promise, the difference will be used to reduce the balance payable for your holiday and will not affect the deposit that has been paid. If you’ve already paid the balance of your holiday, the difference will, at your option, either be refunded to your payment card or allocated as a credit to your on board account. If you opt for a refund to your card, please note this can take up to 10 working days. All other terms and conditions in relation to your booking are unaffected and in particular, but without limitation, if you subsequently decide to cancel your cruise normal cancellation charges will apply. Price promise cannot be applied to bookings made through the following channels; Tesco voucher redemption; “affiliate” discounts (NHS, BlueLight); bookings made on board which attract “on board booking benefits” (including, but not limited to low deposit and/or additional on board credit); Bookings made using a discount provided as part of any “Thank you for sailing” promotion. The price provided must be in GBP (£'s). We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time. Once a Price Promise has been accepted, you cannot apply for a further reduction.
