How to book
To secure your parking arrangements in Southampton, we kindly request you contact Cruise and Passenger Services (CPS). Bookings may be made via their website or by telephone at 0345 071 3939, no later than 35 days prior to your scheduled departure. Please direct any email enquiries to info@cruiseparking.co.uk.
Please note: cruise terminal car parking bookings can only be arranged at least 72 hours after you booked your Cunard voyage.
If you are booking parking for a car towing, the booking of two parking spaces will be required, and charges applied accordingly.
In instances where your disembarkation terminal differs to your embarkation terminal in Southampton, CPS will facilitate the relocation of your vehicle. For example, embarking at Ocean cruise terminal and disembarking at City cruise terminal.
However, please note that for wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAV) wherein the wheelchair serves as the driver's seat, CPS is unable to relocate the vehicle. In such cases, a dedicated assistance taxi will be arranged for your transfer.
Please note: the valet parking service provided by Cruise and Passenger Services is the sole authorized parking provision within the Southampton port estate.
Optional complimentary parking
If you book a voyage with the Cunard Fare, you can, subject to availability, choose complimentary car parking as your additional benefit.
If you are eligible for complimentary car parking and this has been confirmed by Cunard at the time of booking, you must reserve your parking space a minimum of 35 days prior to departure with Cruise and Passenger Services directly (see section "How to book.").
Complimentary car parking bookings can be made 72 hours after making your voyage booking. We advise that you book early, otherwise availability cannot be guaranteed and you may not be able to secure a booking.
Please note that Cruise and Passenger Services do not offer complimentary parking for blue badge holders and there are no such facilities offered at any of the terminals in Southampton.
Once booked, you will be sent a confirmation pack with all the details and a parking sticker for your car.
Arriving for your voyage
Upon arrival at your designated terminal within the Port of Southampton, you will be directed to a designated vehicle drop-off lane for the purpose of luggage unloading. Porters are available to provide assistance, should it be required.
Following luggage unloading, vehicle check-in and key handover to Cruise and Passenger Services (CPS) personnel will be conducted. Subsequently, passengers may proceed to the departures area. A specialist driver will relocate the vehicle to a secure, long-term parking facility, where it will remain until your return. All parking facilities are subject to stringent security measures, including 24- hour patrols.
Upon your return to Southampton at the end of your voyage, after collecting your luggage and clearing customs, you will be directed from the terminal to the vehicle key collection point. Following key retrieval, you will be guided to the designated area within the parking facility where your vehicle is located. Marshals will be present to provide further assistance.
Please note: Accessibility parking bays are not available within the cruise terminal. Passengers with accessibility requirements will be directed to a dedicated mobility receiving lane, where vehicle check-in and porterage assistance for luggage are provided.
Mobility assistance is available within the terminal building, if required.

Cancelling or transferring your booking
If you've chosen the Cunard Fare complimentary car parking benefit, there will be no cancellation charge for the parking services. If you cancel your voyage, the car parking reservation will be automatically cancelled in conjunction with the associated voyage booking.
If you have booked your car parking through Cruise and Passenger Services and paid them directly, their terms and conditions apply. Please contact them via their website or call CPS on 0345 071 3939.
Should you transfer your voyage to an alternative sailing, a new parking reservation with Cruise and Passenger Services (CPS) is required. This applies regardless of whether the initial parking was booked independently or as part of the Cunard Fare benefit.
Please note: the Cunard Fare car parking benefit, if applicable to your current voyage, may not be offered on the alternative sailing to which you are transferring.
