Michel Roux, owner of La Gavroche in London, and two Michelin stars chef has crafted an exclusive Gala Evening menu for the Queens Grill and Princess Grill restaurants across all our ships.

If you're a fan of Roux’s creations, you can indulge in his signature menu, inspired by the vibrant flavours of the Fjords, during a special culinary residency on select Norwegian Fjord voyages. Throughout the journey, Chef Michel will share captivating stories from his career and showcase his culinary skills with a live cooking session.
