Nonperformance of cruise - refund policy and instructions.

If Cunard cancels your cruise, or delays your cruise for more than 3 calendar days, and you do not accept an alternative cruise or choose not to travel on a delayed cruise, you are entitled to a refund of cruise fare and charges for accommodations, services and facilities (including port fees, taxes and other ancillary charges paid to the carrier in relation to your cruise) for the canceled or delayed cruise.

If you booked your cruise directly through Cunard, and would like to claim such a refund on or before the 180th calendar day after the original scheduled embarkation, please submit a copy of the boarding pass, proof of payment (and amount), and a copy of the cancelation or delay notice by email to GeneralInquiries@Cunard.com. If you booked your cruise through a trip advisor, please send the above directly to them.

You may also contact us at (800) 728-6273; please visit our Contact us page for opening times. Cunard will review the refund request and respond by email within 180 days of the date the claim is made. If Cunard finds that you may be entitled to a refund, Cunard’s response may include an offer of an alternative to a refund, such as a Future Cruise Credit, which you are free to decline.
