We are delighted to have all three Cunard Queens back in service, sailing guests to the four corners of the world once again. We also look forward to welcoming our newest ship to the fleet – Queen Anne – in 2024.

Over the last two years, we have learned that adaptability and regular communication is vital. Therefore, as the world continues to evolve in ways that cannot always be predicted, we will update this page frequently to keep you informed with announcements that may affect our voyages.

If your booking with Cunard was canceled by us, you are entitled to Future Cruise Credit (FCC) to use on a new booking.

If you would prefer a 100% cash refund on the monies you have paid, please complete an online refund request form. To complete the form, you will need your six-character booking reference, which can be found on your booking confirmation or any other email relating to your voyage.

Please note that if you had booked one of these now canceled cruises using a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) from a previously canceled cruise, you have the option to request a refund for 100% of the monies you originally paid, or use this FCC amount for a future booking. Any monies paid on top of your FCC will also be credited back as FCC.

Once your request has been received and validated it will be processed as quickly as possible, and we will then be in touch to confirm that all is in order.

If your Cunard booking was canceled by us due to our pause in operations caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, you will have received a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) worth 100% of the monies paid towards your cruise fare, plus an additional credit as a gesture of goodwill. All FCCs were applied to guest accounts (via Cunard World Club numbers) in the weeks following voyage cancelation and can be used for any new sailing that’s on sale at the time of booking. These FCCs will be valid until January 1, 2027.

If you had made this booking using your FCC from a previously canceled voyage, you will have received the same value of that FCC back. Any additional monies paid on top of the original FCC will be credited as FCC.

You can put your FCC towards a new booking for any voyages on sale now or on new voyages that we introduce in the future. We currently have a wide range of itineraries on sale up until mid-2024.

You can also use your FCC to upgrade your stateroom on an existing booking.
