Both Queens and Princess Grill guests can enjoy the services of a concierge on board. Located in a dedicated space, you can call or visit the concierge desk to request help with anything from booking a table at one of the alternative restaurants on board, to booking Shore Experiences and private taxis.

Coined in the early 20^th century, the term ‘Grill’ referred to the premium dining experience enjoyed by first class cruise passengers, which notably included grilled meats. If you book one of our Queens Grill Suites your main dining room will be the Queens Grill restaurant. If you elect to stay in our Princess Grill Suites you’ll dine in the Princess Grill restaurant. Grills dining offers elevated menus and service, and guests of these restaurants benefit from a reserved table for the duration of their voyage. Queens Grill Suite guests can also order to their suite from the Queens Grill restaurant menu.

In a Queens Grill Suite, you'll enjoy a unique butler service throughout your stay.

Our Queens Grill butlers are on hand to take care of the day-to-day upkeep of your suite and ensure your holiday is the best it can be. They may perform duties such as unpacking your luggage, arranging flowers, or organising dinner and drinks receptions you may wish to host in your suite. They will also turn down your bed in the evening and deliver pre-dinner canapés to your suite each day. Your butler is assigned to your suite and is available to assist you throughout your voyage.
